Vegan Charred Peppers Tapas

Vegan Charred Peppers Tapas

Whenever we have people round for food, I always love to cook lots of dishes where everyone can help themselves. I think this is much more enjoyable for everyone, as you can have as much or as little as you want, and you can to […]

Tomato and Herb Salad

Tomato and Herb Salad

Summer may be coming to an end here in the UK, but my love for tomatoes continues all year round.

Vegan Smoked Salmon – Carrot Lox

Vegan Smoked Salmon – Carrot Lox

I became vegetarian when I was 11. Prior to that, I wasn’t particularly adventurous with my food, and I really didn’t like fish, so there’s a lot of different things that I simply have never tried before. Smoked salmon is one of them.

Vegan Chocolate Pretzel Bites

We came back from Florida in May after a fab family holiday. I don’t really like eating plane food, so I prefer to take some plane snacks instead. So when we were over there, we headed to Walmart to find some snacks to take with […]

Vegan Salt and Vinegar Smashed Potatoes

Vegan Salt and Vinegar Smashed Potatoes

If I’m having chips, they’re never quite right unless they’re completely soaked in vinegar with a sprinkling of salt. It’s the absolute best. The trick is to always put the vinegar on first as this helps the salt to stick to the chips. Having chips […]

Dixie Dharma Orlando – Review

Dixie Dharma Orlando – Review

So we recently got back from a family holiday in Orlando, where we went to Disney, Universal and all the other great places. We had an amazing time and I’m already desperate to get back there.

One thing I knew we just had to do was visit an all-vegan eatery. The Slabb – Review

The Slabb – Review

As a self-confessed choc-a-holic, I’m always on the lookout for new vegan chocolate. Sam also has a ridiculous sweet tooth so anything with a bit of sugar and he’s there. So you can imagine my excitement when The Slabb, a chocolate company, got in contact.

Vegan Mexican Inspired Corn on the Cob

Vegan Mexican Inspired Corn on the Cob

I am a big fan of corn on the cob, and have been throughout my entire life. My family and friends can testify to that, so I felt it was only fitting to finally get a recipe up on the blog to hero one of […]

Vegan Mediterranean Homemade Pizza

Vegan Mediterranean Homemade Pizza

I love to make delicious vegan pizzas, because it’s one of those items that many people think they’d have to give up when going vegan, which simply isn’t true. Vegan pizza is delicious, and it’s becoming more and more mainstream. From Pizza Express to Zizzi’s, large pizza chains are adding vegan cheese options so that no vegan ever has to go without pizza.

Comforting Vegan Chickpea Casserole

Comforting Vegan Chickpea Casserole

Coming up with dinner ideas is something I always struggle with. I don’t like having the same thing twice, unless I really, really love it, which means you’ll often find me mid-week trying to come up with ideas for the rest of the week.

Vegan Curried Butternut Squash Soup

Vegan Curried Butternut Squash Soup

Is there anyone that doesn’t like soup? It’s so incredibly versatile and is the perfect meal for when it’s cold and wintery outside and you want something warm and comforting. There are so many options out there, and whilst grabbing a tin from the supermarket […]

Green Goddess Vegan Pasta

Green Goddess Vegan Pasta

When vegetables make up a large part of your diet as a vegan, it’s expected that you eat a lot of them, right? Whilst this is kind of true for me, one thing that I really struggle to eat is my greens. Seriously, I just hate them.
