I was watching the food channel the other day and someone was making a cheesecake. Whilst it has never been one of my favourite desserts (I find it just too rich), I decided I wanted to make my own vegan version, because it’s something I […]
I love to make delicious vegan pizzas, because it’s one of those items that many people think they’d have to give up when going vegan, which simply isn’t true. Vegan pizza is delicious, and it’s becoming more and more mainstream. From Pizza Express to Zizzi’s, […]
Coming up with dinner ideas is something I always struggle with. I don’t like having the same thing twice, unless I really, really love it, which means you’ll often find me mid-week trying to come up with ideas for the rest of the week.

I wanted to try something a bit different for this recipe, and so for this, I took inspiration from the vegan fish tacos we had back at the start of the year at Smith & Daughters. I love a taco, and so I wanted to […]
I’ve been experimenting with chia seed puddings for a few years now. At first, I really just couldn’t stomach them and I didn’t quite see what the big fuss was. However, I’ve continued trying them every few months and now I have to say, I’m a fan.
